Since Mannat is a Grade III heritage structure, all structural changes require proper approvals.

During the renovation, SRK, Gauri Khan, and their children – Suhana, Aryan, and AbRam – will move to a luxury apartment in Pali Hill, Bandra. The apartment, called Puja Casa, is built by renowned film producer Vashu Bhagnani.

SRK’s company, Red Chillies Entertainment, has signed a lease agreement with Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshika Deshmukh, who co-own the property.
